WE DESIGN QUALITY INTO EVERY PART At DialAct, we are driven by the fundamental principle of TCS(Total Customer Satisfaction). We are 100% committed to always exceed your expectations. We use only the highest quality materials, and we will, if at all possible, always mold-in place an all inserts and other hardware during the casting process. This allows us to produce superior parts, which are guaranteed not to fade, chip or crack, as well as providing stronger mounting points. Our unique process results in higher overall durability and consequently less cost. All DialAct's products pass through our extensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures prior to leaving our facility. These procedures are described in DialAct's QA/QC Manual, which can be downloaded by clicking here.
