DialAct specializes in prototype runs, ongoing production, and customer specification-based product design and development. Our production philosophy is to provide check-point, fail-safe service that encompasses every phase of the operation. This includes in-house color matching, coating, assembly and any other operations prior to shipment. Our Quality Assurance and quality Control program is dedicated to guaranteeing consistency and the highest possible quality of our products. We are 100% committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations. Prior to leaving our facility, every part must pass our extensive Quality Control, which guarantees that the finished product comes out just the way you and we want it.
At DialAct, our expertise throughout the different design stages will save you both time and money in production. Our engineering team will assist you in finding the best methods to develop cost-effective working models. If you don't have completed CAD, Pro-E, or other graphic files, our design and engineering team can create them from just an idea, sketches or concept drawings.
The Liquid Resin Casting (LRC) technology that is used by DialAct, offers you virtually no limitations on the complexity and construction of your part. However, this cannot be said about other technologies (such as, for example, Pressure Molding, Injection Molding and Reactive Injection Molding) that are used for the mass production of plastic parts. If your project will require other manufacturing methods in the future, our team will design your plastic part taking into account the limitations of the targeted mass production technologies.
